Membership and Group Class

  1. Membership - By selecting the membership that suits you best, you'll gain access to a wealth of rights and privileges. We are thrilled to offer you an array of benefits tailored to your chosen membership type.
  2. Payment - Payment for Sweat Pilates packages must be made through our online platforms, either via the website or app, as we no longer accept cash transactions.
  3. How to book your session - Once you log in, we'll take care of everything for you! Simply choose the package that suits you best, and you'll receive a delightful email with all your login details and credentials. After downloading the Sweat Pilates app, just log in using the provided ID and password and you'll have instant access to your class bookings, where you can select the time slots that fit your schedule perfectly. Get ready to embark on a wonderful fitness journey with us.
  4. Session booked - We eagerly anticipate your booked session and look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience. Once your session is booked, we consider it a show unless there is a cancellation before the allotted 24 hrs ahead of class.
  5. Timing - To ensure that your group class experience is truly remarkable, we kindly ask all participants to arrive 10-15 minutes before the session time. Your punctuality not only enhances your own experience but also contributes to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved.
  6. Waiting list - Our waiting list system allows members to join a class if a slot becomes available due to a prior cancellation or no-show. If a member cannot arrive 15 minutes before the class, their slot will be offered to the first member on the waiting list which will open for 5 min from the given class time. Our software and access control system ensures a seamless experience, with only booked members having access to the class. Join the waiting list and get ready to step into a rewarding fitness session with us.
  7. Class booking - We are thrilled to offer you the convenience of booking classes up to 30 days in advance! You'll have the opportunity to reserve your spot in up to 7 classes at a time. This gives you ample flexibility to plan your fitness journey and secure your desired slots. We can't wait to see you at our upcoming classes and support you in achieving your fitness goals.   8. Cancellations- We kindly request that you cancel any booked classes at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours of the class, please be aware that a charge will apply and your session will be deducted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in managing class cancellations responsibly. Thank you for being an important part of Sweat Pilates.
  9. Early Bookings: Kindly book your class an hour in advance. If there is no booking 1 hour before the class, the class can get cancelled.

Personal Training

  1. How to book your session - After successfully obtaining the login credentials, kindly proceed with downloading the application. Once the installation is complete, you'll be able to navigate to the Personal Training section. There, you can conveniently access the schedule and choose your preferred training slot. The system will then present you with a list of available trainers and slots for you to select from.
  2. Sessions - In the event of cancellations made by either the Sweat Pilates team or our trainers, we want to assure you that your sessions are our top priority. We understand the importance of consistency in your fitness journey, which is why any cancelled sessions will be promptly reinstated and added back to your package.
  3. Selection of slots - Discover the convenience and ease of managing your Sweat Pilates experience through our user-friendly app. With just a few taps, you'll gain access to a wide range of available slots and talented trainers.
  4. Trainers - In each session you join, you'll have the wonderful opportunity to work with certified trainers from Sweat Pilates. Our team of specialists will design personalized exercise programs just for you, taking into account your unique needs and fitness level. All this information will be shared with our trainers through our user-friendly app. Every time you book a session, you'll be paired with a different trainer who will provide guidance and support. And to ensure your progress, the app will keep track of the resistance levels you choose for each movement, helping you advance at a pace that suits you best.
  5. Programming - welcome to a revolutionary development in the fitness world, where programs are meticulously crafted by a team of specialists who assess your strengths and areas for improvement. They rely on the information you provide through a questionnaire and a fitness test. These programs are made available in a portal, which allows you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your fitness levels and goals, all presented in a number-based programming approach.

  1. Extension of the package - Package extension is priced at a budget-friendly 999/-  for 1 month. We're excited to accommodate your request and continue providing you with a rewarding fitness experience. (This offer is only applicable while your existing package is active).

  4. Responsibility -  At Sweat Pilates, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment for all our participants. We kindly remind you that it is important to take responsibility for your health and well-being. While our dedicated coaches are here to guide and assist you, we want to emphasize that any incidents related to your health or medical condition are not the responsibility of Sweat Pilates or our coaches.

    2. Access a group class program worth Rs 5000/-  at any Sweat Pilates outlet complimentary.
    3. Meet the renowned Praveen or Maahek Nair for 15 min in a month, worth Rs 7000.
